Ciderpress Cottage
5
star self catering holiday accommodation in the Wye Valley
Ciderpress cottage is a recently refurbished barn conversion close to Penallt Village, 5 miles from the Welsh border town of Monmouth and within easy reach of the Forest of Dean, Usk Valley, Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and many of the medieval Herefordshire villages.
All around the holiday cottage is gently sloping grassland and footpaths with stunning panoramic views over the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Nearby is Pentwyn Farm Reserve, a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) managed by The Gwent Wildlife Trust.
On sunny days the cottage patio is drenched in glorious evening light enabling visitors to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Wye Valley. We can provide a barbeque for those magical summer nights, or you can simply curl up in front of the log fire at the end of your day.
Ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, Ciderpress Cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is available for self catering holidays all year round.
